We deliver the latest in testing sophistication and service directly to your office or facility, and studies are available on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

Our highly experienced technicians are licensed with ARDMS, RDCS, and RVT. Each with a minimum of seven years of experience, they are nationally accredited sonographers who represent the top 3% of individuals practicing ultrasound in the United States.

K & T Diagnostic, Inc. provides cardiovascular imaging and general ultrasound exams as well as interpretive services, which exceed the quality and timelines of most hospital labs and imaging centers.

We offer unmatched patient-provider convenience by supplying immediate preliminary results and quick turnaround time for final reports. We provide all current and appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes for each exam that we perform, allowing for expedited, accurate billing and reimbursement.

You will have absolutely NO FINANCIAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE COST OR RISK. THERE IS NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT. We will provide an open-ended contract to allow you to terminate our service at any time and for any reason.

Leasing the equipment and professional sonographers from K & T Diagnostic, Inc. allows you the added ability to test, diagnose, and treat all at one location, helping set you apart from other doctors and outpatient facilities.
Additionally, since services are to be administered in your office, you can ethically and legally bill and be reimbursed for the technical component (TC) of each exam performed; bottom line, THIS ADDS SUBSTANTIAL REVENUE TO YOUR PRACTICE.

How
It Works

  • We lease our service – all equipment and a certified technologist to operate it – to your practice in either two-hour or four-hour time blocks. Your predicted patient volume determines the time block that will work best for your particular situation. Up to five patients can be seen in a two-hour time block and as many as eleven patients can be seen in a four-hour time block.
  • Depending on your predicted volume of patients, we contract with you for us to be on site either on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • As you examine patients during the week, you simply add them to a schedule and give them an appointment card (provided by us) to return on a pre-determined date to have their exam(s).
  • When we complete all scheduled exams and any additional patients that you may have, we leave you with detailed preliminary reports for each patient. We provide all current and appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes so that your billing department can maximize and expedite billing for the technical component (TC) of each exam; the professional component is billed by the reading radiologist.
  • We provide storage of all exam hard data for seven years, as mandated by the federal government.
